They do not report for Linux kernel 2.5.24+. They have given an explanation here.

Most Linux servers today would be running kernel 2.6.x and hence are not detected.

Then that site is incomplete and hence fails at what it does. Do you have more resources where i can read about the percentage of linux/windows/unix server deployments? I would also like to know which of these Oses have the longest uptime. Thank you.
