Question Help me get this FreeBSD image in ma head...

Recently I started downloading FreeBSD images on my GOD-forbid GPRS!!!!! Anyways, I'm unable to get what the images named "7.0-RELEASE-i386-livefs.iso" and "7.0-RELEASE-i386-bootonly.iso" are for? Can anyone explain?

the first one seems to be a live cd
wikipedia quote
Quote:
A Live CD or LiveCD or CD Live Distro is a computer operating system that is executed upon boot, without installation to a hard disk drive. Typically, the LiveDistro is named after the bootable medium it is stored on, such as a CD-ROM or DVD (Live CD/DVD) or a USB flash drive (Live USB).
maybe the second is an installation disc

Well, that was what I thought when I was downloading those files but it turned out to be something else. I tried to boot using the first disc(*livefs.iso) but all I was able to do was get inside some holographic shell which to me appeared like a failsafe mode shell. The disc named (*bootonly.iso) did boot but did not do anything more than show menus. The discs for installation are named 7.0-RELEASE-i386-disc1.iso, 7.0-RELEASE-i386-disc2.iso, 7.0-RELEASE-i386-disc3.iso . Any answers now???
