Default Desktop Enhancements....(For Mandrake Linux)

Hi all,
For the past few days Ive been gettnig used to Mandrake Linuxwhich I installed on one of my systems. Now I would like to know if anyone could share some tips about enhancing the Looks of the GUI in Mandrake. Ive seen many tutorials about Windows Desktop enhancement but not many about Linux. Could anyone provide me with some information on this topic or some links that do.

Thanks in advance

Edit : Argh I just found this thread , I think I screwed up on the search criteria http://www.thinkdigit.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10595

If you use KDE, then go for KDM Theme Manager which is supposedly THE BEST!!!

Also, look for goodies @ KDE-Look

For GNOME, go and look for goodies @ GNOME-Look

BTW Ubuntu users, plz tell me what theming S/W you ppl use..
Coz I tried installing KDM Theme Manager which does not work
