Setup WebCam "HOW"

I've "ENTER WebCam 1.3 MP" nd want to setup webcam in FC6 for WebChat.but I dont know How to setup nd which Software is suitable for that.plz help me

AFAIK Only Skype and Kopete support webcams in linux properly so far.

But there is no "configuring" work needed in a webcam. Its all plug and play. Get this software called gqcam and you can test your connected /dev/video device via it. Cheese is also a great program to use with Webcams.

The OSS-Static version of Skype doesn't support webcam. You will need the Beta 2.0 which is available in the medibuntu repos. Koepte supports webcam and so does Gyache/i.
