Now i have managed to install ubuntu without using cd. But now another problem is that i cannot setup my wireless broadband connection. My connection has WEP 64bit hex pass but ubuntu is still refusing to connect. However i can connect using the pass from windows. Please help in this regard.

first do check, if your wifi card is setup correctly, as most vendors don't make a effort to make drivers for linux os
Wireless documentation can be found at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs
