Download Manager for Ubuntu

Is there any windows OS like FILE DOWNLOAD MANAGER in Ubuntu. If there is, is it intigrate with Firefox browser. Because the default download manager of Firefox is not able to download some audio/video files.

There are many.. wget is there by default...But for GUI based download manager:
kget, gwget, download for x .. etc.

wget is one tool i use extensively unless for RS files and now gwget for media files..which otherwise I used unplug wich was not fully useful...
