mak1012 Broken In Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: mumbai Posts: 168	insaling linux in same drive hi friends i wanna install ubuntu in my friends comp but he got ibm pc and he does not want to create a partition in coz by doing that he will loose his warranty. so is it possible to install ubuntu without doing a partition and get a test of linux.. NB: he does not want to use live cd. __________________ Every Body Says I'm Fine.

Thats BS man.. No way can IBM void his warranty if he decides to repartition his HDD.. Ask him to get in touch with IBM and clarify about this.
