Default Ubuntu on Vista

Hi all,

I just purchased new compaq laptop. It comes with vista as pre installed OS and has 1 year warranty. I want to install Ubuntu on it but does this make any problem with warranty.

i don't seem to get why should it at all cause any problem with warranty.this is absurd,its you machine do whatever you like.
