Angry Copying a File!!!

okey , i want to copy a file in ubuntu
from anywhere to


THIS >>> /var/cache/apt/archives

folder
but i cant do that please assist me cant go to irc also

Max you have changed your name.
Applications > Accessories > Terminal
Now in terminal type
sudo nautilus
enter root password. Now you will be able to copy files there
