Default httpd problem?? :( :(

Apache was giving problems. So i reinstalled it and restored my config. Now the problem is that i can not see anything when i type localhost/index.php

Though /var/www/html has my old site.

Please help me solve this

what's the DocumentRoot in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file?

Solved it. Simply deleted all conf files and reinstalled apache. i cud not wait for ur answers.
