repos.....help

hi friends i just got OPTon repository cd.....i resotred it successfully. but now what to do to install these softwares?

Did you add that cd as a media?
Then use apt-get or synaptic.

after running synaptic.. after selecting the application when i click on apply it starts downloading......what it downloads in repository everything is there...right.
