plz help in on these simple questions

i am new to linux so plz bear with me .i have ubuntu 7.04 installed on my

sys and recently i have installed wine from the terminal .

now the problem is there is no help file installed when i click on help option it

ask me to look in the folders .how can i fix this ?

2. i have tried to run winrar in wine it run perfectly but a folder named winrar

has been added no the top left side of my screen above accessories how

can i remove this ?

3. where is the setup of wine or any other software get installed ?

4. how can i nevigate in teminal (required in running scripts )

like in windows in dos :

> D:\ brings D:

>cd abc brings into abc folder

i have one 4 gb linux partion and 3 others fat32 partions mounted can i

nevigate into these partions ?

first rar is available in Linux.just search synaptic manager for the software.file-roller is the gui for unrar/rar.
wine-never sticked with it.
u can "cd" to any dir.
yes u can browse the partitions.there are lot of resources for linux command line.
