Need help on Fedora core 6

i just installed fedora core 6 and it is asking me for login name and password...i need help....if possible plzz explain the complete first booting process...thanx..

Why do u need help with that? It is perfectly normal for linux distroos to ask for user and pass! Just fill em!!??

andif u forgot username and passwd,u can reset that from grub.GIYF

no thats not the problem....when ever i type sumthing in it.. it say invalid user name or pass....

U forgot ur user/pass!
Try this. Login as root GUI-cally and then change the password of normal user! or login into terminal as root and issue "passwd username"! Change password, login as normal user and Njoy!
