fedora 7 --- blank screen problem

Hi i installed the 64bit edition of fedora 7 yesterday, installation went smooth with SELinux enabled . all then went fine till the sound configuration after which i got only a blank screen to look at ( 30 min after which i switched it off)

My Laptop config : AMD Turion X2 64 bit processor with nvidia GO graphics chip with 512MB memory

So guys help me solve this problem

Please tell in detail. Blank screen can be also due to screensaver in FC-6/7.

Sorry for the very late reply............It is not because of the screen saver......I NEVER REACHED THE GNOME DESKTOP.....coz this blank screen appears during the boot process,ie a blank screen appears instead of the login screen........and then on no key works.....is it bcos of the graphics problem?

I had the same problem with fiesty fawn......back then i dint care bcos it was jus fiesty fawn.but now even fedora 7 is giving probs......i want it running at all costs

so guys please helpe out...........
