how 2 install ALIEN?

can anyone tell me how 2 install ALIEN...in ubuntu..n where 2 get it..
it is d soft which converts .rpm 2 .deb

Connect to the internet.
Go to the terminal.
Type and run sudo apt-get install alien. Enter root password when prompted.
You're done.

Next, type man alien and get going.
