Arrow Where To do in KDE ?

I want to add start-up entry of some program in KDE (PC Linux 2007)...where to make the entry ?

In GNOME it is under System-->Preferences--->Sessions--->Startup Programs.

Is there any ready made way for KDE (PC Linux 2007) ?

^ it seems u need to write a script and place on ~/.kde/Autostart
while in GNOME it is easy.
