Default mandriva installation problems

iam tryin to install mandriva i already have xp installed on my comp want dual boot
i booted mandriva dvd and started intallation after selecting the language security level ,selecting drive ,formating drive ,an option asking something like multmedia ....gnome....etc.came and i selcted all and after that its say not enoug space to continue installation i think u already guessed that iam novice


HELP ME

check if u have enuf space on ur partitions
u might need 4 gb space atleast

Yeah, its more than enough for the full installation at least... Are you sure that the partition that you are installing Mandriva on has 18GB space ?

Can you list your partition layout, and did you make the partitions manually or automatically?
