Default can't detect HDD


hi friends...
I recently installed Ubuntu.i hav got Xp on my 80 GB hdd and Ubuntu on separte 40 Gb hdd. When I boot in ubuntu, it is not able to mount my 80 gb any partition.
the partition of 80 GB are- ntfs(20gb for win), fat32(30), ntfs(30)
plz help me guys as i want to open my files in ubuntu.

post ur /etc/fstab.also do u use latest version of Ubuntu?

^I'm saying an option-that u upgrade to latest Ubuntu version called Feisty.
/etc/fstab is a file browse into the folder and see that file;it controls the mounting of fs.

Ankit as praka123 is saying post ur /etc/fstab ..

Open a terminal

$cat /etc/fstab

copy and paste the output here...
