Wink want to be more secure.........!


I newly installed linux suse & im new to use linux suggest some security software & others so i can surf net with out worry i dont want to be haked.

And also some link on tip & tricks on this os.

The chances of getting hacked in linux are very slim.
But you can use firewall like firestarter and lokkit. I use firestarter and its very easy to configure(dont have much options).

sudo aptitude install firestarter
OR
sudo aptitude install lokkit

Apt isn't there in suse, see yast for software management. And use any firewall it doesn't matter, all are the same - the frontend to iptables.
