How To mount ntfs in fedora core 3

Hey I am using fedore core3,but cant mount the ntfs drives in linux,other than that I am a new user for linux,so I am unable to play and music and video files in that,so error appears,I installed xmms for that in fedora,then again unable to play any mp3 and dat file,so can any one provide me A-Z
Information about it,or provide me links for that
