Still, there is no Photoshop alternative in Linux, again....not a boon for Pro photographers

I admit that frankly that not yet a photoshop like s/w in GNU/LInux
I sincerely hope some app capable of photoshop be in FOSS world.it is a stumbling block for windows movers to GNU/Linux.though GIMP is there...but far loong lagging

Well, here is a great tutorial which describes how to Run Photoshop CS2 on Linux (Ubuntu)...
