Default Upgrading from Suse10.1 to 10.2

I have dual boot with Windows XP & Suse 10.1
I have also have XGL enabled in Suse..
I have the Suse 10.2 DVD with me.When I booted the pc with it, a normal installation started.
How do I just update to Suse 10.2 without changing my current configs.
i.e I don't want the installation to be a fresh installation.will it just update ?
Please guide me.

as from 10.2 suse has changed to ext3 fs as default you should go for a fresh install.

it's just the default fs.
Have they removed support for reiserfs totally? If not then don't worry about the changes in the default fs, it won't affect your already existing install.

I checked up with qwerty, he's using opensuse 10.2, too. He's saying reiserfs is still supported. Then there's gonna be no problem.
Changing ext3 to default FS doesn't mean removal of reiserfs support. And even if it is removed, it can very well be added by compiling a kernel.

It's no more as default FS. Even I know that. But, I don't see anywhere that they have said, that they've removed support for reiserfs totally. And if it was so, then why is the reiserfs option there while partitioning.
Reiserfs support isn't removed. There's a difference b/w removing it as default and removing it's support.
