Open Source Video Editing

Could anybody suggest a good open source video editing software like Ulead Video Studio or Pinnacle Studio?

I'd also like to know when there is a video editing tool for Linux. (I desperately need one).

there are lot of s/w available for video editing in GNU/Linux.

Thanks for the links.
I've used Jahshaka for Windows, but I didn't find it very user friendly. Has anybody used Cinelerra? How is it? I mean what would you rate it on a scale of 1 to 10 for performance and user - friendliness?
