@iinfi, Ruby on Rails is there for more than a year now. But it's yet to leap into
the big league where JEE (Java Enterprise Edition) & .NET rule the Server-side programming.

I have heard about it but have never used it
But you will find few hosting providers that offer Ruby on Rails. It is not a standard feature yet.
