Default FC6 app installation

I am trying to install firefox 2.0.0.1 for my fc6.I dwnld ad extracted the files .But i dont know wat more to do.I dodnt see nay ./configure in those files either,so i left it there.

^^ There's a README or INSTALL file there in that folder. Read it!

You can get the latest Firefox (ver. 2.0.0.1) from...

Direct Download Link

Just download it to your home directory. And as root issue the following command...

rpm -Uvh /home/your_home_dir/firefox2-2.0.0.1-1.i386.rpm

That's it...
