Erm, that's because the PDF was made through Word and thus it exists in the file properties.

Yep. Try making one yourself. Evince never shows its name in the titlebar.

That isnt anything to be awed about. Thats just a PDF opened in Ubuntu, and its been made in Windows...lol!!!
