Smile Re: Adding Printer Problem in Debian Linux

Hello Nimtshey,

faqs.org has a good howto on debian+windows shared printing,
http://www.faqs.org/docs/Linux-mini/...-Printing.html

You can apt-get install gnome-cups manager for ease of use.or system-config-printer also available which can guide u through a step-by-step guide.cheers and welcome to Debian GNU/Linux

@Nimtshey: you should provide printer model details. i have installed HP 3940 inkjet printer (USB) on ubuntu. it works without any driver.
