Collaboration of two BIGGEST Rivals

Hi guys some days ago,
the two big Rival of each other joined hands.
I m talking about Microsoft and Novell.
What do u think guys,can Open Source Community digest it????

Oh man this has been talked about and debated a lot. Not so much here but if you look elsewhere there's a huge content on it. Still we can have some sane discussions on it again.
I for one don't support this deal. As it is, we are already starting to see people break up in two groups over this deal and fighting against each other. In the long term the one to be affected will be the Open Source community. And with the past record of MS, of backstabing their partners, I don't trust them at all.
