Lightbulb Quake gone Open Source

I have come to know that Id software gives the older versions of the Quake series as Open Source. Can anyone tell me where can I get The original Quake 1 and 2 Downloads?

@Nitish, I'm not into gaming myself. Gaming is very addictive & useless recreation.
Basically I don't have much time. I also need to study the Project details &
Java API + others. So that wraps-up the time I have. I play games very rarely,
maybe once in 2 months or sometimes not at all.
