Question How to share internet connection ??

i have sify broadband connection. i can share it using proxy in win PC. now i've shifted to Ubuntu 6.06. i can browse internet in ubuntu. now how do i share the connection among other Win PC. Here is the Scenario:

My sify cable is connected to a Hub. my Linux box and other Win PCs are connected to the Hub. I'm using sify's provided static IP ( 10.18.106.18 ) in my Linux box to browse. other Win Pcs are having 10.18.106.XXX IPs.

so can someone give me step by step procedure to share the connection. i'm newbie here

Have you tried squid?( a free proxy for linux)

i installed it n tried to configure but it dint work.. can you please give me a configuration details?
