How 2 Setup"TataIndicom LSP350T" in FC5.PLZZ ? ME

Hi BROTHERS,I'm new to linux from today. I has just installed FC5. Now I have a trouble bcoz i want 2 setup dial-up internet connection with USB data cable.Plz explain in detail and step by step & i don't know any linux CMDs. I had always been a Windows fan and I hope that all of u out there will convert me into a linux fan.
ISP Details:

ISP:-Tata Indicom
walky model no:-LSP 350T
Speed:-115Kbps

&

2usb port in my system & My data Cable is usb.

Hmm.. USB cable support is far too lacking in linux. Im doubtful that you would be able to configure it! Anyway, we have much more experienced users over here, so wait for someone to reply!

just replace urPhoneNo with internet
as id and password.

i hope u r using ftdi or prolific chipset data cable.
