Re: Freespire Anyone ???
@ aniishvara@gmail.com, yes this is a good distro for beginners. I have tried freespire, it support most of the proprietary MM types out of the box and it also provided ro support for ntfs format.

Re: Freespire Anyone ???
Sourav: Whats your system? Tell me if Freespire got installed on your pc. I tried to install Fedora2, Mandrake new version, Ubuntu, SuSe but of no use. Sometimes my keyboard didn't work or the monitor just freezes and show nothing.

Re: Freespire Anyone ???
@Blueshift, Try installing Suse 10.1 Linux in Safe Graphics Mode. By the way, what's
your PC configuration (full details)?

Re: Freespire Anyone ???
@Blueshift, as per your PC config., the onboard Graphics card is the one creating
problems!! You should always install any Linux distro in Safe Graphics Mode.
Once the installation is complete. You can install drivers for NVidia GC. You may also
need to tweak '/etc/X11/xorg.conf' file. After that things will be fine.
