Best way would be to download Kubuntu alternate install cd and then search the forum for how to install KDE from it.

@Thilina, You need Net connection for this one!! Preferably atleast 128 kbps unlimited broadband connection.
Open the Terminal Window & type:

$ sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

This will install KDE in Ubuntu. It will download 159 MB for installing KDE & it's libraries.
Plus, you need 486 MB of disk space for installation. Wait, until the download & installation
is complete. Now logout & In the Login Screen ,choose 'Session' as 'KDE'. That's all.

They don't ship alternate install CD. You can't install KDE from live installer cd. You need the alternate install CD for that.

Well if you want the other method, here it goes.
Download each package of kde and it's dependancies individually then install each one manually using dpkg, if you miss out some dependancy, then go to your cyber cafe(which you are looking to loot) again and download the required packages, come back home and install it.
Then sit down and pray for it to work .
Individually installing all that is fun, but it's in no way a easy work.
And ordering cd's from shipit won't help. I don't think people like you, who want to loot should even be given that url.

Just download the packages listed here http://www.kde.org/download/.
You will need to go to http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde-354/pool-dapper/ to download packages. There's no automated tool to do it from external system AFAIK.

@Thilina, The easy way is what I already told you. Downloading all the KDE packages
with libraries a big headache!!! There too many to download them individually!!!
Have a look at the packages you need to download!!
