Don't you have some package manager? If not, use one, preferably yum. It will manage your dependancy problems.

Hey thats simple! Just open terminal as root and command "yum -y install *lib* "
This will install all libraries....that u may require in future!

For the one u want try "yum -y install libexpat*"
It shud work......works for me!!
