Unhappy GRUB Question

Hi

I am new to linux. I have installed Debian 3.1. My problem is that Debian is the default OS. I want Windows to be default OS. What should I do?

Another thing is, how to increase the time for which the GRUB boot screen is displayed. It's some 5 seconds here.

Please help me.

If you use the makedefault command line in grub, that entry becomes selected as the first load in the grub menu, thus it auto loads Debian for him, while to select Windows he may need to do so manually.
