Default Uninstalling Linux

Hi

I have installed redhat linux 9.2 and win xp pro on my computer. By default the linux boots if you do not respond in 10 seconds. Is there any way to make windows the default os? And how to uninstall the linux? What is the command equivalant to "fdisk" in windows xp?

Please replay
