Are there any addon Application Cds available which are developed by communities?

You can update your source list from the repositories from the Ubuntu community. For that you need Net
connection. Believe me you can download more than 10 GB of software that when installed takes around
25 GB harddisk space!! Checkout the following link for more details :

You can install Windows Media Codecs (play all Windows Media files), MPEG, VCD/ DVD etc.,
