Ubuntu live cd not working

I amving 5 Ubuntu live cds, i had tried using live cd earlier and i was able to use it. But now whenever i try to use live cd it give me error that smething cannot be installed 9cant read from cd) i tried using all 5 cds but same error comes after scnning my hardware.
Earlier i was uing single HDD (20Gb) and now using 2 ( 20+80) is there problem because of this.
I am using older version of ubuntu ( seperate live and install cds.)
please help me to run live cd.

That should not be a problem at all. In fact I also use Ubuntu 5.10 . I have used both
Live CD & install CD with total success. Maybe you can't try removing one of your
harddisks and try installing UBuntu. If there is any resource conflict, Ubuntu would
surely report it. Did you get any error message: 'resource conflicts -- aborting..' ?

Please post the error message..There will be no problem with the HDD because a livecd does not even require a HDD...

no i dont get any error about conflicts . iget error about cant read from source at the stage of component installation . i tried all 5-6 cd with me same error.
