Default GAIM ---HOW TO MAKE MSN PROTOCOLWORK?

HELLO EVERYBODY,'
GAIM (MULTI PROCTOCOL IM CLIENT) ..WHICH IS A DEFAULT IM CLIENT IN RED HAT LINUX.. IS NOT WORKING FOR MSN PROTOCOL ..DUE TO SECURITY ISSUES(SSL, ,NSPR,NSS !!! i GUESS) ..how do i fix the problem..
PLEASE DO HELP ME IN THIS REGARD

Gaim Version supplied with RedHat Linux must be very old. Since then MSN changed its protocol and you need the newer Gaim version.
Look here for RedHat 9 RPMs
