How to disable users ?????

this query is in regard to a user accounts. if user doesn't login into his/her account then that users account must be deleted after fixed number of days?????........ is it possible without the scripts?????

Isnt there any ideal time limit property for that .?
Not sure !
But im sure there is a minimum day limit for account expiry.

System Tools, Users and Groups
Double Click on the user and on the Account Tab, select the expiratio date.
