Linux from scratch - printed edition

Linux From Scratch, is this available in print or do i have to use the online pdf version only. Can anyone tell me where to get this book(if available) and whos the publisher?

Never seen one in print. But, the best way would be to take printouts of the pdf, if you prefer reading it the traditional way as I do. Its 253 pages. Printout will cost Rs. 127. Not too expensive if you know somewhere u can get printouts for 50ps.

printouts at 50p, well the cheapest i know in here is rs.2, well not that cheap after all.... anyone from delhi , can tell me where to get cheap printouts?

well eddie- i went to the link, they are asking for $10, thats around Rs.520. umm... well.... i would rather get a printout at my local shop for rs.1.25 per page . thanks anyway
