Default Burn Mandrake in a single DVD ????

I'm new to linux but love to try it out. Is Mandrake a good linux distro-in terms of performance and ease of use?
Also is it possible to burn the 3 cd's mandrake 10.1 distro in a single DVD ?

It's possible to burn all the 3 CD's of Mandrake Linux
10.1 into a single DVD.But once burnt you won't be
able to boot from that DVD!! That's because , what
you have are CD Images, not a DVD Image(ISO file)!!
Mandriva Linux 2006 is available in a DVD. A popular
Linux magazine in India , gave it for free with their
magazine.

It is possible to burn them in a DVD and make the DVD bootable. But, that would be a lot more trouble than using cd's. You'd rather go with multiple cd's than make 1 DVD yourself.
You can contact your local LUG if they've got Mandriva 2006 cd's they will supply you. I can give it to you if you're in Mumbai.
Or you can download the DVD iso from here.
