Default Sid Broken?

I have Downloaded Debian Sid [unstable] Image file [.iso] Last week...

I burned it on a cd and tried to install it...
But Unfortunate I am not able to install from the cd it does all those detection of Hardware partitioning and all those stuff..

I don't find any Install Packages as in sarge.. So that I can install the packages..

The sid I downloaded is not even installing the base system packages. It just takes me to a terminal.. and does not continue further.. Is Sid Broken right now?

Probably the Sid is like a gentoo install , you have to install it by hand., Not sure.
