Default accessing application from internet

hi
i got a small browser based application in my local network, which i am able to access from other pcs. Is it possible to access this application from my home pc using internet???

if yes, how do i access ..

You may need to deploy this web application on a server which has a public IP address. You may not access servers which are behind some kind of NAT or Firewall environment (which is generally prevalent in offices)

Grab yourself a free PHP/MySQL webhosting from hundereds of sites on the internet and your may be able to show your application to your friends or something like that.

or in a very dificult procedure,
u can setup a vpn for ur office, nd then add ur home system to ur vpn,
then u can access ur entire network from ur home.........

hey you....

Just go to Dyndns.org and create an entry...

Use their clients to update ur ip to public.. and

If you have ADSL connection or whatever it may be.... use NAT to point to your internal server ip...

From the home you can access with the dyndns names u can access the website without much problem...

No need to go for VPN and what others said....
