Need suggestion for open source cms and few things..(urgent)

Hi guys..

Well.. I have been asked my friend to make site for him (he has asked me to do anything first time so I want best I can get for him) . He donno anything but the site will be used for big purpose.

So I am looking for a opensource CMS which can also integrate forum in it or already have forum module (Apart of phpnuke, postnuke and drupal).

And the thing which really look after is SEO support ie.. chose to set meta tags , choice to URL ie. like.. http://domain.com/keyword-in-url.htm

Mambo can do the job but it has no forum and also still I m not able to find any addon in it for keyword in url stuff..

well.. I can go for paid one also if it has all feature i need.

Hmm.. in other forum I have go many replies where I was not expecting and here I konw many good fellows are using CMSs and no response yet ???
