Installing a TVTuner Card

I have a Intex TV Tuner card.
I run Vector Linux SOHO and I am a newbie to Linux since ages. Now, I installed the Linux after inserting the tunercard.
Now, the problem is, when I start tvtime it says " Cannot Open Capture device /dev/video0: No Such Device "
How do I know where my tvtuner device is?
lspci command tells me
" 02:09.0 Multimedia Controllerhilips Semiconductors SAA7130 Video Broadcast Decoder (rev 01) "
Well, does that help? Please help me! What should I do now?

Hi! Scorpion, I have the same card. In my Suse box it was detected perfectly. It was installed as /dev/tvtuner1. Just browse through the /dev folder to see where is it installed. Hope this helped.
