Default Multi Boot Linux Live CD


I want to integrate 5 Linux Live CDs into one CD and make a Multiboot......... Can anyone explain how to make this kind of CD

PS:I have Magic ISO and EasyBoot......

No.. I want to make a CD of small Live distros such as Insert (50), Damn Small Linux(50), Chntpw(2), Slax(208), PuppyLinux(60), React OS(10), Salvare(20), Austrumi(50) which will still not fill the cd and will result to only 450 Mb........ I will download more distros to fill up the whole CD......... hehe
