SOLVED

hmm...i have to find it myself
I downloaded timidity++ rpm for fedora core 3 and installed.then tried :
Code:
    #modprobe snd-virmidi
             #modprobe snd-seq-virmidi
then ran
#timidty -A500 01Caprice_1.mid
Playing 01Caprice_1.mid
MIDI file: 01Caprice_1.mid
Format: 1  Tracks: 2  Divisions: 256
It played the .mid file through a speaker as you see i put 500% amplification for it to hear atleast
another itch is it plays only a channel (i can hear only from one speaker and if i increase volume
scratchy sounds... )
now i need to enter these modules(snd-virmidi etc...) into /etc/modprobe.conf.Someone can help me to get it played in the proper way(OR is this the proper way)............thanks
