Default Connecting 2 pc's together for mysql!!
I want my friend to connect to my PC for databse work on mysql. I started ssh daemon, but when i connect to my externel IP via ssh it says "refused connection". When i tried to connect by loop address 127.0.0.1 it connected perfectly! I know the problem is becoz of my router that abandons outside connections!
So please help, if anybody knows how to configure the router !

You may need to port forward ports needed for ssh to function.
Which make,model no router is this?

Also you may need to alter iptables if running.

Dude if you provide no information whatso ever,how am I going to help you in anyway?
Forgive me but i'm not a theory guy to go blah blah.

If you could provide your router model,make then that would help us get started.
