Help regarding ubuntu server

Hi Guys ,

I have decided to learn Ubuntu Server ... I have downloaded the latest edition of Ubuntu Server edition from the website... Can you please suggest me some pdf or video that can help me learn how to create and handle the ubuntu server.. with the basic application install.. I have installed the edition on my desktop..

1) HowtoForge - Linux Howtos and Tutorials -- Has detailed copy-paste tutorials on everything from creating mail servers, to mailing lists to antivirus setups to virtual hosting.
2) Debian Administration - Debian Administration Resources -- Very old and useful site on doing tricky tasks in debian (also applicable for ubuntu)
3) nixCraft: Linux Tips, Hacks, Tutorials, And Ideas In Blog Format - misc howtos for centos and redhat based oses. can be used for debian/ubuntu servers with minor changes to the documentation.
